How much does an event photographer cost in Paris?
Pricing depends on the length of coverage, the number of photographers, the turnaround time and how the images will be used: a half-day seminar and a three-day convention don't call for the same budget. Tell me about your event through the contact form and I'll send you a detailed, free quote within 48 hours.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends on the length and pace of the event. I deliver an edited selection covering every highlight, with no duplicates or missed shots: usable photos, not hundreds of near-identical variations.
How soon will we receive the photos?
A first edited selection the same evening or the next day for your social media, then the full gallery within 3 to 5 business days. Need it faster? The full gallery can be delivered in under 48 hours on request.
Can you cover a multi-day or multi-room event?
Yes. For trade shows, conventions and multi-room events, I put together a team of photographers to cover every space at once, with consistent editing.
Do you take portraits during the event?
Yes. I set up a portrait station or photo booth to photograph speakers, guests and teams. For professional headshots of your staff outside of an event, see corporate photography.
How far in advance should we book?
For a trade show or convention, ideally book 3 to 4 months ahead. For other events there's no minimum notice: the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date. And if it's urgent, get in touch anyway.
Do you work outside Paris?
Yes. I'm based in Paris and travel anywhere in France, and abroad, for your conventions, seminars and trade shows. Travel expenses are specified in the quote.
Can we use the photos freely?
Yes, for your communications: website, social media, press, annual report and print materials. Advertising uses (paid campaigns, billboards) are specified in the quote.
Do you also cover the event on video?
Yes, event video is also part of what I offer: aftermovies, conference filming, interviews. Photo and video can be planned together in a single quote.
